Explore Patuxent Research Refuge North Tract with Alan and Susan Young

Saturday, 6/11/22 starting at 8 am.

Susan and Alan Young have volunteered their services to lead this early summer trip to the North Tract of Patuxent Research Refuge where Bald Eagle Drive intersects Route 198.  Expect to listen and watch for Prairie Warblers, Parula Warblers, Summer Tanagers, Yellow-billed Cuckoos, and a variety of Woodpeckers.   Meet Susan and Alan at the entry gate at 7:55 am to be ready to roll when the gates open at 8 am.  Prepare yourself with hat, water bottle, insect repellant, appropriate clothing, and a snack.  Please inform Susan and Alan of your intent to join this field trip by sending them an email at alnmyoung@aol.com.
