Mr. Baicich is a nationally known birder, prolific author, consultant to the National Wildlife Refuge System, and editor of the Birding Community E-bulletin.  The Department of Interior, National Audubon Society, and other organizations have initiated programs to provide access for individuals with special needs and to provide training to conservation leaders on how to include these individuals in their activities.  Mr. Baicich will inform us about these initiatives and what we can do to be more accommodating.
